Linerless labels are labels are preprinted and have a silicone coating on the surface toprevent the adhesive from sticking on the label below.There's also tearing line on the labels to make it easy to tear from each other.Use Glassine paper as liner which cannot be recycle.No liner is used,with energy saving and with no pollution and little emission.Unable to avoid waste during production because of gaps needed.The silicone coating protects the label from water and dirt,it also guarantees linger life of the thermal print-head.

2,Product size:We will be in strict accordance with the size you require for production. we strive for perfection to every step, under normal circumstances the size control within 0.2±mm.

3,Production loss:Stickers, logo custom all have trimming losses are around each about 1.5mm. Clothing label width is less than 40mm, loss about 4mm.

4,About color:Our colors are using CMYK printed, not use RGB, Pantone (especially color), or any other color wheel marked color. CMYK four-color can not less than 8% each value otherwise causing unprinted.

5,Precautions:Please tell your machine's model to our customer service staff in order that we accurately manufacture the product in accordance with the pinter parameters.

2) Do you offer materials finish options ?

Yes,we supply different adhesive paper which could meet your requirement.

e.g.Gloss, Matt, stamping,embossing,Brushed, Clear etc.

3) Can you send me a free sample printed with my design ?

A.Since it's mass production in our printing industry,when we set up our high speed printing machine,there would have plates setup cost,if your job are simple and small quantity, we suggest a JPG proof to you, then we take pictures for your checking before order shipment.

B.Or we can send some related sample for you,not exact the same with your requirement,but you can check the material,quality and other things you want to know.

4)What is your MOQ?

There is no min. order limit,but different quantity have different price,the quantity is larger the price would be cheaper.

5)What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?

DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 3 to 5 workdays of express delivery. 10 to 30 workdays by sea.

6) What about the lead time for mass production?

It is up to the quantity. But normally it will take about 6-10 working days,but if it is urgent for you,we can help you to take 3-5 working days.
